APPLE PIZZA 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shortening
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. lemon juice
8 tbsp. cold water

Mix like pie crust and chill while peeling apples (6 or 7 or whatever you need). Divide dough in half. Roll out thin and place on pizza pan or cookie sheet.

Mix apples with 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and a little nutmeg. Lay apples on dough and add a couple pats of butter. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Cover with dough and pinch together. Bake 3/4 to 1 hour at 375 degrees.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. milk
Vanilla

Frost when cake is cooled.
