UNROLLED PIGS IN BLANKET 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1/2 c. Minute rice
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
1 med. head of cabbage, chopped in 1/2 inch pieces

Spread cabbage in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with rice to absorb mixture. Brown meat with onions and drain. Add salt and pepper. Spread on cabbage. Boil soup and water. Pour over meat. Sprinkle with cheese and cover. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
