ALMOND ROCA 
1 pkg. saltine crackers
1 cube butter
1 c. brown sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. slivered almonds

Crush crackers and spread on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.

In a heavy saucepan, melt the butter. Add brown sugar, bring to a boil. Boil mixture for three minutes. Pour mixture over crackers and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips on the baked mixture immediately. Wait two minutes; spread the chocolate evenly. Add nuts to top.
