ALMOND ROCA COOKIES 
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. soft butter
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped almonds

In a large bowl, blend sugars with butter, egg and vanilla. Beat thoroughly. Stir in flour and salt. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 325°F for approximately 25 minutes. Spread while hot with chocolate chips and nuts.

Note: May need to put back in oven to completely melt chocolate chips.
