GREEN PALM 
3 lbs. frozen French style green beans
1 - 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4- 1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. diced celery
1 (14 oz.) can hearts of palm
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (6 oz.) can pitted sm. ripe olives (opt.)
Paprika (garnish)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook green beans until warm but still crunchy. Season with garlic salt, pepper and 1 1/2 tablespoons butter. Saute celery in remaining butter until tender. Cut hearts of palm into bite size pieces. Combine beans, celery, hearts of palm and mayonnaise. Add olives. Bake in a 2 1/2 3 quart greased casserole for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika before serving. NOTE: This can be made a day in advance and heated before serving. Serves 8.
