EASY CARAMEL PECAN ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 beaten egg
3 1/4 to 3 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. corn syrup
Pecan halves
Cinnamon

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, butter and egg. Stir in 2 cups flour. Beat until smooth. With spoon or hand, work in the rest of the flour until dough is easy to handle; refrigerate overnight or up to five days. In 9 x 13 inch pan, put melted butter, brown sugar and pecans. Roll dough. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and additional melted butter. Roll up and cut into slices. Put in pan, cover, and let rise in warm place until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
