GREEN TOMATO PIE 
4 c. green tomatoes, sliced or zucchini, not peeled
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. minute tapioca
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. butter

Combine all dry ingredients and mix into sliced tomatoes. Put all into crust, add butter and put on top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 45 to 50 minutes.
