STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines strawberry supreme mix
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 1/3 c. water
1 box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 strawberry glaze
1 qt. fresh strawberries

Mix cake mix, oil, water and eggs as directed.

Bake cake in two 9-inch layer pans, well oiled and lined with waxed paper. Cool completely. Slice each layer with a thread to make 4 layers.

Wash and stem strawberries; drain. Beat with mixer the cream cheese, then Cool Whip. Add confectioners sugar a little at a time. Beat until smooth.

Frost each of 3 layers with icing and layer with sliced strawberries. Frost top layers and sides with balance of icing. Design top and sides with strawberry halves as desired. Pour or spoon entire package of glaze on top. Keep refrigerated. Yummy!
