STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 (2 layer) box white cake mix
3 tbsp. plain flour
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. mashed strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Mix well. Pour into 2 or 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans. Bake until they test done, at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

FILLING AND FROSTING:

1 stick soft butter
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. mashed strawberries

Mix until smooth and creamy. Put between layers and on top and sides of cake.
