LIGHT STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 lg. angel food cake
1 very lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. box frozen strawberries, defrosted

Cut the angel food cake into three layers. Frost each of the layers with a large amount of Cool Whip. Mix remaining Cool Whip with the box of defrosted berries and frost top and sides of cake. Refrigerate. Garnish outside of cake with fresh berries when ready to serve.
