KUGELIS 
10 lg. potatoes
2 onions, chopped
10 slices bacon, cut up
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. flour

Finely grate potatoes (or grind) and place in large bowl. Fry bacon and onion together; pour over potatoes (including bacon fat). Add eggs, 1 at a time; add milk; beat. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with sour cream.
