ONION TART 
8-9 Rhodes white Texas rolls
4 c. thin sliced yellow onions (about 2 lg.)
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Saute onions, salt and pepper in butter until clear, but not brown. Knead rolls together, roll out into a 9"x13" rectangle. Place in a greased 9"x13" glass baking dish. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Place onions on dough. Sprinkle shredded cheese over onions. Blend eggs, milk, cayenne and Worcestershire sauce in blender. Pour over onions and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm.
