WILD RICE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. raw wild rice (cooked)
3 to 4 bunches green onions, cut up to about 1/2 way
2 cans water chestnuts, chopped (NOT TOO FINE)
Garlic and onion salt to taste
1 pkg. Good Seasons' Italian Salad Dressing Mix (mix as per instruction)

Refrigerate overnight. Keeps for days.
