CHEESE CAKE BARS 
CRUST:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cold butter
2 eggs yolks

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
2/3 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9-inch square pan. Make your favorite pastry and cut to fit 9-inch pan bottom. Line pan with pastry. Set aside.

Beat cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream. Add eggs, sugar, 2 tablespoons semolina flour until smooth.

Combine 2 tablespoons raisins, 1/4 cup chopped glazed cherries, 1/4 cup candied pineapple with 1 tablespoon flour and toss. Stir into cheese mixture. Stir in juice of 1 orange. Spoon filling into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour. Cool cake, then brush on glaze.

Heat 2 tablespoons apricot preserves and 1 teaspoon water. Use this to brush on cake.
