COUNTRY BEEF STEAK AND GRAVY 
Beef steak
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. oil

Beat steak on both sides and roll in flour. Add salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in skillet; add meat and brown on both sides. Sprinkle 1/2 cup flour in pan and cover with hot water and bring to boil. Cover pan and simmer 45 minutes. You may also use this method with pork steaks and pork chops.
