RAINBOW SLICES 
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
3 c. colored tiny marshmallows
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 c. flaked coconut, optional

Melt chocolate pieces over low heat. Cool 5 minutes. Blend in egg and sugar. Stir in marshmallows and nuts until coated. On waxed paper, shape mixture into a 15 inch log. On a second piece of waxed paper, spread coconut in a 16 x 8 inch rectangle. Transfer log onto coconut; roll to coat completely. Chill several hours or overnight. Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Makes 5 dozen. (Also tastes great without the coconut.)
