SCALLOPED CHICKEN 
16 slices white bread, cubed and dried
4 c. cooked chicken
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. curry powder
3 eggs
3 c. milk

Mix all together and put into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Before putting in oven spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup on top and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese over top for last 10 minutes. Serves approximately 12.
