GRAPE CRUNCHY 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. quick Quaker oats
1 c. light brown sugar
3/4 c. grape jam
3-4 tbsp. Amaretto

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter an 8-inch square baking pan. Cut up and combine butter, flour, oatmeal and brown sugar. Press 2/3 of mixture into bottom of pan.

Stir together grape jam and Amaretto. Use spoon to spread jam mixture on the oatmeal layer. Add rest of oatmeal mixture and press smooth. Bake 40-45 minutes. When cool, cut into squares.
