THREE RIVERS HAM BARBECUE 
1 lb. chipped ham (shaved)
1 tsp. wine vinegar
1/4 c. water
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Mix everything except ham. Heat until it bubbles. Shred ham and add to sauce. Stir until hot. Serve on rolls.
