HAM BARBEQUE 
1 tbsp. & 1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. beef bouillon, instant
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard, prepared
1 tbsp. & 1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. A-1 or Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar or sweetener
Dash hot peppers
16 oz. ham sliced thin or shredded

Heat oil in large non-stick skillet, add onions and garlic. Saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients except ham and cook over low heat until mixture has thickened slightly. Add ham, heat and serve. Serves 4.
