HAM BBQ DRESSING 
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. onions, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. green pepper, chopped fine
1 (16 oz.) bottle ketchup

Mix all ingredients together in crockpot. Rinse ketchup bottle out 3-4 times with water. Add to mixture. Let cook 3 hours on low heat until mixture thickens. Add 2-3 pounds of chipped ham and let sauce and ham cook until ready to serve. At least one hour.

Sauce can be used to coat chicken or pork chops. Make sure mixture is thick before coating meat.
