CURRIED SPINACH SALAD 
2 lbs. (about) spinach
3 apples and/or oranges
2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Curry Dressing

Wash and trim spinach, discarding tough stems. Break in bite-size pieces. Wrap and chill. At serving time, chop apples and combine with peanuts, raisins and onions. Mix with spinach and Curry Dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
