BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli
1 red onion
1 lb. bacon
1/2 c. peanuts
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. Red wine or raspberry vinegar
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar

Fry bacon to crisp drain and break in small pieces when cool. Clean broccoli and cut heads and stems into bite size pieces use stems as desired. Combine bacon, broccoli, red onion (which has been cut), sunflower seeds and peanuts in bowl shortly before serving. Add dressing just before serving. Mix dressing store in refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to bloom.
