BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli
10 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
2/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2/3 c. cocktail peanuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar

Cut away tough stem ends of broccoli. Wash well; drain. Chop into bite size pieces.

Combine broccoli with bacon, raisins, onion, and peanuts. With a small whisk, blend together mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar until smooth. Pour over broccoli mixture; toss well. Chill before serving.
