OATMEAL PANCAKES 
1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten

Beat all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight. Cook on griddle as you do for regular pancakes. Serve with syrup.
