JELL-O ICE CREAM 
2 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 c. Pet milk or heavy cream
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Jell-O (any flavor)
1 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla

Dissolve Jell-O in cold water. Heat 4 cups milk to boiling. Beat eggs. Add 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 cup sugar to eggs. Beat. Stir into boiling milk and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour over remaining sugar in large bowl. Stir. Add Jell-O mixture. Add cream, vanilla and enough milk to fill 1 gallon freezer. Don't fill more than 4 inches from top.
