PUMPKIN CAKE 
1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. water
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
4 eggs

Beat eggs well. Add sugar, oil, water, pumpkin, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add pudding and cake mix. Mix well. Beat for 4 minutes. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
