SEASHELL CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2 c. onion
2 c. celery
1 1/2 c. carrots
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 pkgs. spinach
2 (2 lb. 3 oz.) cans Italian tomatoes
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. macaroni shells
2 tbsp. salt

Brown ground chuck, add chopped onion, celery and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes. Add Italian tomatoes, salt, oregano, pepper and garlic. Boil for 1 hour. Cook macaroni shells and drain. Add spinach and put in two 8x13 inch pans. Pour other mixture on top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
