SEA ISLAND TUNA SALAD 
2 c. dry macaroni
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. onion
3/4 c. mild cheddar cheese
8 oz. can tuna, drained or substitute ham or chicken
17 oz. can peas, drained
2 lb. minced green pepper
1 lb. diced pimento

Cook macaroni as directed; drain. Stir in mayonnaise, blended with sour cream and seasonings. Gently stir in peas and remaining ingredients; chill.
