"THOSE POTATOES" 
6-7 med. white rose potatoes
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 lg. sour cream
1 (4-6 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs

Boil potatoes in salted water until just tender. Cool. Coarsely grate. Mix with scallions, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into buttered 2 1/2 quart rectangular pan. Top with melted butter and bread crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.
