HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICHES 
1 (1/2 lb.) pkg. Ham, (4 long slices)
1 pkg. Swiss Cheese, (4 long slices)
3 pkgs. Ready-to-Serve rolls (24 to a package)

Sauce:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Onion, grated
2 tbsp. Poppy Seed
2 tbsp. Salad Mustard
Salt/Pepper to taste

Cut ham and cheese in small pieces about the size of a roll.

Melt butter and add ingredients in order. Break pan of ready to serve rolls into three rows. Slice each row open; lay aside. Spread sauce on both sides; add small slice of cheese and ham. Fold rolls back together and place back in pan until ready to serve.

Bake at 250°F for 20 minutes if fresh rolls.

Bake at 250°F for 30 minutes if frozen rolls. Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
