STUFFED FILLET OF FLOUNDER OR
SOLE
 
1 lb. flounder or sole fillets (4 or 5 med.)
1/3 c. butter
1 c. flavored bread crumbs
Garlic powder
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In 1 quart saucepan melt butter; add garlic powder. Stir in bread crumbs; set aside.

Place each fillet in ungreased baking pan. Spread bread crumb mixture along each fillet. Then roll up each fillet and secure with toothpick. Then sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top of each rolled fillet and then sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
