CHOCOLATE SURPRISE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. flour
1/2 - 3/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

For first layer, combine butter, flour and nuts; press into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. For second layer, combine Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Spread on first layer, then chill. For third layer, blend puddings and milk; spread on other layers. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate bar.
