8 to 10 potatoes
Lipton onion soup mix
2 tbsp. oil

Cut up unpeeled potatoes. Put Lipton dry onion soup mix and 2 tablespoons oil in clean plastic bag. Put in potatoes. Shake until coated. Put in baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees until potatoes are tender, about 30 to 45 minutes.
