TUNA BISCUIT RING | |
1 egg, slightly beaten 2 (7-8 oz.) cans tuna, drained 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese 1/2 c. parsley, snipped 1 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. Biscuit dough 1/2 c. cold water Heat oven to 375 degrees. Reserve 2 tablespoons of egg. Mix remaining egg, tuna, onion, cheese, parsley, celery salt and pepper. Prepare biscuit dough. Roll dough in 15"x10" rectangle; spread with tuna mixture. Roll beginning at wide side. Place seam side down in ring on greased baking sheet, pinch ends together. Cut 2/3 of the way through every 1" with scissors. Turn each section on side, brush with reserved egg. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with hot cheese sauce. 6 servings. |
