CREAMY VANILLA ICING

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Mix together and cook until thick, let cool to cold. Then add:

1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. butter

Beat all together for 10 to 15 minutes with electric mixer.

Really easy but don't over heat the mixture when cooking. If you do, you might get "little brown chunks of cooked mixture".
