EXOTIC CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can water chestnuts
2 qt. turkey or chicken
2 c. green seedless grapes
2 c. sliced celery
1 1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix chestnuts (sliced) and chopped turkey or chicken. Add celery, grapes and almonds. Mix next 4 ingredients. Combine with chicken. Chill several hours.
