1 can roast beef
1 can peas and carrots
Instant mashed potatoes (made with butter, milk and seasonings)
1 pkg. French's Home Style beef gravy mix

(Argentinian product, very lean - fresh is great if you have it).

Cut roast beef against the grain and add premixed gravy. Make up mashed potatoes, pile on top of beef-gravy mixture and you can then broil it to brown the potatoes a little if desired. Serve with peas and carrots on the side.
