FAT HARRY'S COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 sm. green pepper
1 1/2 c. diced ham
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. shredded cheddar
2 tbsp. flour
1 (16 oz.) sm. curd cottage cheese, drained
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 tsp. dillweed
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Saute mushrooms, vegetables and ham in butter. Cook spinach one minute and drain. Mix slightly beaten eggs with cottage cheese and all other ingredients except shredded Mozzarella cheese. Put in a lightly greased 10 inch glass pie pan. Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese and paprika. Bake 45 to 55 minutes in a 325 degree oven.

NOTE: If you don't have a 10 inch glass pie plate, you may use a 9 inch square baking pan.
