60 (3 pkgs.) Pepperidge Farm Party Rolls (small ones)
1/2 - 3/4 lb. thin sliced ham
Same amount of Swiss Cheese, sliced
2 sticks (8 oz.) butter, softened
1/2 c. mustard ( I use Golden's)
1/2 c. grated onion
2 tbsp. poppyseed

Do not separate the little rolls yet! Instead, slice (all 20 at once) in half horizontally and spread both halves with mustard mixture. Cover bottom with ham and cheese and put top half back on. Slip whole thing back into its pan and cover with foil. Repeat with other 2 packages. Refrigerate until party time, then heat in oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Carefully cut each package into 20 mini- sandwiches. Serve warm.
