HOMEMADE BREAKFAST CEREAL 
2 c. walnuts, chopped
4 c. rolled oats
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. Millet
3/4 c. honey
1/4 c. Canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Can substitute pecans or almonds.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together nuts, oats, wheat germ, sesame seeds, and Millet. Over low heat, heat honey, oil, salt, and vanilla until thin enough to mix with dry ingredients. Mix with dry ingredients and spread thinly and evenly on cookie sheets. Bake in preheated oven, stirring occasionally. Remove when golden brown. Cool. Add raisins and mix well. Makes about 8 cups. Store in air-tight container.
