HORSERADISH SAUCE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Pinch of red pepper

Combine all ingredients and chill for 3 or 4 hours. Delicious on hot vegetables (especially broccoli) and sandwiches such as ham or beef.
