SELF-FILLED CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES | |
1 pkg. Devils Food cake mix 2 tsp. vanilla 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. sugar 1 egg Dash of salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips Prepare cake mix according to directions. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla. Spoon into cupcake liners 2/3 full. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add egg and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon one heaping teaspoon into center of each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Don't over bake. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. 2 1/2 dozen. |
