SWEDISH PANCAKES 
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar

NOTE: may substitute 1 1/2 cups milk with 1/2 cup half and half.

Mix all ingredients together. Pour batter in 4 to 5-inch circles on hot griddle with small amount of oil. Turn when golden brown. Serve with butter and syrup or roll up to be eaten plain.
