1 box German chocolate cake mix with pudding in the mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix well, German cake mix, 1 egg, butter, press this mixture into a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle nuts on top of the mixture, press them down into cake mixture.

TOPPING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
2 eggs

Mix softened cream cheese, 2 eggs an box of sifted powdered sugar, pour over cake mixture. Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees. let cool completely before cutting.
