CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix batter and fill cupcakes half full. Drop 1/3 tablespoon filling in middle. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
