CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Sift the above. 1/2 c. oil 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix ingredients and beat well. Mix and beat filling mixture and set aside. Fill cupcake papers 1/3 full. Drop 1 heaping teaspoon filling in each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
