SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. dry oats or bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. water
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
1/2 c. grape jelly
Juice of 1 lemon

Combine beef, eggs, crumbs, water and seasonings. Shape into balls. Combine chili sauce, jelly, lemon juice and water in large saucepan. Heat until jelly is melted. Drop uncooked balls into sauce and simmer 45 minutes. Refrigerate until excess grease is easily removed. Reheat and serve.
