CRANBERRY ORANGE MOLD 
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 orange, seeded and diced
Rind of 1 orange, colored portion only
1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce

Put boiling water and gelatin in blender, cover. Run on speed 1 until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, cover and run on speed 6 until orange rind is fine. Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill until set. 6 servings.
