PINEAPPLE CRANBERRY MOLD | |
1 (8 oz.) can Food Club crushed pineapple 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello cherry flavored gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 c. Ocean Spray cranberry relish 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello lemon flavored gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1/8 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing or Miracle Whip Light 1 c. whipping cream, whipped Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. Add enough cold water to reserved liquid to measure 1/2 cup. Dissolve cherry flavored gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple liquid; mix well. Chill until thickened but not set. Fold in pineapple and relish. Pour into 2 quart mold which has been lightly sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Chill until almost set. Dissolve lemon flavored gelatin in boiling water. Cool. Gradually add gelatin to salad dressing, mixing until blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over molded layer. Chill until firm. Unmold. Serve with additional salad dressing, if desired. Yields 6-8 servings. |
